The deadline for regular admission in the first round has been again extended by one day. The schedule for entire admission process has also been revised due to delay in the admission process of the first round.

Pune: The deadline for regular admission in the first round has been again extended by one day. The schedule for entire admission process has also been revised due to delay in the admission process of the first round.

The Deputy Director of Education (DyDE) announced that the deadline for taking admission in allotted colleges in first round has been extended by another day till Wednesday by 5 pm. It has also published a new schedule of admission process on Tuesday.

The second merit list, which was supposed to be declared on July 13, has been postponed to July 16.

So far, 41,961 students have been allotted colleges. Out of this, as many as 20,691 students have taken admission in the allotted colleges and 20,989 students had not taken admission by end of Tuesday. 17,189 students had received colleges as per their first preference.

Declaration of vacant seats and cutoffs in colleges will be given on the website on July 12. Candidates can make changes in their preference list for the second merit list on July 12 and 13 only.
