Triumph Motorcycles launches Street Triple RS for Rs. 10L

Pune: Triumph Motorcycles has announced the launch of the all-new Street Triple RS in India this festive season. Termed as the most explosive, agile and intuitive performance street motorcycle Triumph has ever made, the vehicle has been introduced at a price of Rs 10,55,000 (ex-showroom, pan-India).

Managing Director, Triumph Motorcycles India Pvt Ltd, Vimal Sumbly, said, "Innovation at Triumph is motivated by our need to deliver products that suit rider requirements. The new Triumph Street Triple RS is a force-machine that delivers in terms of performance and style. It is the most explosive and adrenaline-charged Street Triple ever. I hope our riders enjoy the superb suspension, power and technology of this all-new Street Triple."

According to officials from the company, the vehicle boasts of the most exhilarating, agile and intuitive performance street motorcycles that the brand has ever made. "With a distinct all-new option, a race-bred new 765cc engine with a superb level of power and torque, new state of the art technology, the highest ever level of suspension, brakes and tyres, aggressive new looks and class leading weight - the Street Triple RS sets a whole new benchmark,” they explained.

Sharing some features of the vehicle, the officials said, "The vehicle has an all-new 765 cc engine from Triumph Daytona, 123 PS peak power at 11,700 RPM and a lighter freer flowing exhaust, revised air box, gearbox and new slip and assist clutch. The bike has a new ride-by-wire throttle with up to five riding modes, full colour 5" angle adjustable TFT instruments, new switchgear with a five way joystick and a quick-shifter and lap timer. It has a higher level specification of suspension, brakes and tyres."
