Television actor Vivian DSena has been named TV Personality 2017, in a poll conducted by UK Asian radio channel — Sabras Radio and BizAsiaLive.com. This is the second consecutive year that Vivian, who plays Harman Singh in Colors’ show Shakti has topped the poll after also being No1 last year.

Barun Sobti made a splash in this year’s poll at No 2 for his performance in the doomed show Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon - Season 3 on Star Plus. Helly Shah was the highest placed female at No 3 for her award-winning performance in Devanshi. Drashti Dhami was at No 4 for her role as Naina in Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil and Sanaya Irani rounded off as the Top 5 for her participation in this year’s Nach Baliye 8. The show Ishqbaaaz took away four slots inside the Top 30 with Shrenu Parikh (23), Kunal Jaisingh (22), Nakuul Mehta (15) and Surbhi Chanda (7) all making it into the final.
