Radhika Madan bags Vishal Bhardwaj's film

“Radhika, who is new to the world of films, has already started prepping for her role in the quaint village of Ronsi, which is a three-hour-drive away from Jaipur and will begin shooting for the film end of this month,” adds a source close to the actress.

TV actress Radhika Madan has bagged the lead role in Vishal Bhardwaj’s forthcoming two-heroine comedy-drama Chhuriyaan. The actress, who comes from a non-filmy background, played the lead role in Ekta Kapoor's production Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi. 

According to sources, over 60 girls were auditioned for the film, which revolves around two sisters who are at loggerheads, but Radhika managed to leave a mark with her acting and fresh look and bagged the role.

Dangal-fame Sanya Malhotra has been signed to play the other girl in the project.
