As the name suggests, Pavaroti’s serves pockets that are primarily Pita Bread stuffed with various elements like sauces, salads and fillings which are vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

The founders of Pavaroti’s, who are of Indian origin,  grew up in other countries like Dubai and Hong Kong and later, set out on a journey to bring ‘pockets’ that they ate as children in their time, to their homeland through their new venture. As they wanted to position the cafe as an everyday hangout for youngsters from colleges and institutes nearby, they wanted to highlight fusion snacks as their main feature.

Since the influences in their dishes are primarily Italian and Indian elements, they wanted a name that would signify both the cultures. Taking inspiration from the great Italian opera singer Luciano Pavarotti and the fact that Indian bread is called ‘pav’ or ‘roti’ made the founders of the cafe come up with Pavaroti’s — an apt name to portray what they wanted their audience to expect in terms of fusion.

As the name suggests, Pavaroti’s serves pockets that are primarily Pita Bread stuffed with various elements like sauces, salads and fillings which are vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Be it a Sindhi Pakoda Pocket with BBQ sauce or a Butter Chicken Pocket, there are various combinations that appeal to our preferred Indian palate.

Other Italian favourites that are served with an Indian twist are the vegetarian and non-vegetarian pizzas. Pasta lovers also have a few options like the famous Mac ‘n’ Cheese or the Aglio e Olio.

Keeping the pricing reasonable, most of the menu is designed as everyday food where guests can walk in and enjoy a quick pocket or a pasta or even opt for the newest section of sizzlers that have been recently introduced. The chicken, fish or even cottage cheese sizzlers are again portioned as a power meal, so they aren’t too large sized, and come with unique sauces.

As quick bites there are sliders and starters which have options from Minced Chicken, Falafel, Paneer Makhani or Sindhi Pakodas with BBQ sauce, if you want to try something different. In the beverage section, there are tonnes of sodas, lemonades, refreshing milkshakes that go great with the meals that the cafe offers.

With Pavaroti’s first anniversary coming up, they are introducing Power Packed Gourmet Burgers from February 1. These burgers, which have homemade style patty along with caramelised onions and cheese, make a perfect anytime meal. Add to that a brilliant shake and the heavenly Nutella Mug Cake and you have nothing but a rocking meal!

Pavaroti’s also keeps experimenting with ice creams and other desserts. Besides, it also serves your favourite chai and coffee.
