The latest and the much-awaited teaser of The Lion King (Hindi) where Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan doing voiceover for Simba is finally out. From the moment it was announced that the father-son duo would lend their voices to the classic movie directed by Jon Favreau, SRK’s fans are excited. A few days ago, King Khan’s teaser as Mufasa was released and needless to say, it was very well received.
On Thursday, Shah Rukh took to social media and shared the Hindi version of the promo saying, “Mera Simba.. #TheLionKing @disneyfilmsindia.” In the promo, Aryan can be heard saying iconic lines of Simba in Hindi. As soon as the video was shared, fans couldn’t hold their excitement and in no time comments of appreciation started flooding in. A few comments did grab attention by pointing out the similarity in the voices of the father and the son as Mufasa and Simba.
Karan Johar was among the first to comment. He said, “Pardon my excitement! But Aryan is the first born in our family!!! And even just hearing his voice has made me so so excited!!!!! And without a bias, he sounds amazing!!!!!”
Ritesh Deshmukh too commented on the teaser saying, “This Simba sounds better than Mufasa #TheLionKing #AryanKhan @iamsrk — this is extremely exciting”.
One user said, “What the! He sounded exactly like his father at the start wooo,” while another one put it well saying, “Wow voice like king, like prince “ The Lion King is all set to release on July 19 in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
