The Irish House has opened its doors to Punekars with its second outlet at Koregaon Park

A pub with an extensive variety of both domestic and international beers paired with signature Brit and Irish food has opened up in the city’s favourite party neighbourhood. The second outlet of The Irish House is located at Nitesh Hub in Koregaon Park now.

Known to the patrons, the exteriors of the pub have been adorned with vintage clocks and photographs of Ireland. The striking new feature of the newest outlet is that it boasts of an impeccable indoor seating with a gorgeous alfresco vibe, topped with their signature community tables.

As you enter the place, you will be welcomed by the huge U-shaped bar that is well stocked and has a range of beers and other liquors on display. One thing that will go unnoticed is the natural lighting that flows in from the huge stained windows, giving the pub a more a subtle look unlike the usually low lit pubs.

The Irish House has an amazing widespread of not only imported and domestic spirits but also a whole variety of community eats. They also have a well-curated wine list and signature creations and classic cocktails that complete the bar menu.

If you are confused on what you should be ordering, ask the staff and they will merrily suggest their signature Grande Nachos. This particular dish is the god of Nachos and is pretty grand, being true to the name. Loaded with salsa, sour cream and seasonal guacamole and sprinkled just with the right amount of seasoning, this humongous appetiser is a mouthful for a group of three to five. And  if you still want a companion for your drink, do not hesitate to order the Cheese Burst Chicken with crispy fried chicken pops with cheese burst severed with a creamy ranch and heavenly crispy garlic fries.

You should not even think about leaving this place without having their classic signature dish, and as the Irish call it, the Good Ol’ Mac N Cheese, which are house fries tossed with classic cheesy macaroni and cheddar topped with chicken sausages. If you enjoy the smoky flavour, you are in for a real treat at The Irish House, with their lip-smacking dish called Belfast Glazed Chicken Wings, in which the chicken wings are smoked to perfection and are glazed in your choice of sauce ranging from orange honey chilli, house BBQ and hickory BBQ.

There is always room for desserts and you would not want to miss them at the Irish House at any cost.
